Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with Castor Flow in under 10 minutes.


Welcome to Castor Flow. This guide walks you through everything you need to go from a blank account to your first leads in the pipeline — in under 10 minutes.

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.castorflow.com. You will be asked to verify your email address before you can log in. Check your inbox and click the verification link.

2. Add your first leads

From the Dashboard, click "Add Business" to manually enter a lead, or use the CSV import to upload a list of contacts in one go. Every lead is stored with their name, address, phone number, website, and any notes you add.

💡 Tip

If you have an existing spreadsheet of contacts, use CSV import to get everything into Castor Flow at once rather than adding leads one by one.

3. Review your leads

Leads appear in the Businesses table. You can filter by stage, category, or location, and sort by any column to prioritise your outreach.

4. Set a pipeline stage

Head to the Businesses page. Each lead has a Stage column. Click it to move the lead through your pipeline: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Won / Lost. You can customise these stages in Settings.

5. Log your first interaction

Click on any business to open its detail panel. Use the "Add Interaction" button to log a call, email, meeting, or note. Every interaction is timestamped and shown in the contact timeline.

ℹ️ Note

Connect Gmail or Outlook in Integrations to have emails logged automatically — no manual entry needed.

You're all set

That is the core loop: add leads → stage → contact → log. Everything else in Castor Flow (integrations, email sync, HubSpot export) builds on top of this foundation.
