HubSpot Integration Setup

The HubSpot integration lets you push businesses from Castor Flow directly into HubSpot as contacts or companies — without any copy-pasting.

Prerequisites

• A HubSpot account (Free tier works)
• A Castor Flow account on any paid plan

Connecting HubSpot

1. Go to Integrations in the Castor Flow sidebar
2. Click "Connect HubSpot"
3. You are redirected to HubSpot to authorise the connection
4. Approve the permissions — Castor Flow needs read/write access to Contacts and Companies
5. You are redirected back to Castor Flow with HubSpot connected

Syncing leads to HubSpot

With HubSpot connected, a "Sync to HubSpot" button appears in the Businesses table. Select one or more businesses and click the button. Each business is created as a Contact in HubSpot with all available fields mapped.

Auto-sync

Enable auto-sync in the Integrations panel to automatically push every new lead to HubSpot as it is added. New leads appear in HubSpot within a few seconds.

Field mapping

• Business name → Company name
• Email → Email
• Phone → Phone number
• Website → Website
• Address → Address fields
• Pipeline stage → HubSpot Deal stage (if deal creation is enabled)
