Automated Lead Assignment
Automatically assign new leads to team members based on rules.
On team plans, new leads can be automatically assigned to team members based on round-robin rotation or territory rules.
Round-robin assignment
Distributes new leads evenly across all active team members. Each new lead goes to the next person in rotation.
Territory-based assignment
Assign leads based on city or region. Define which team member is responsible for each territory in Settings → Team → Assignment Rules.
