Setting Up Email Alerts
Receive email notifications for important pipeline events.
Email alerts keep you informed about what is happening in your pipeline without having to check the app constantly.
Available alerts
- New leads added — triggered when new businesses are added to your account
- Follow-up reminders — sent on the day a task is due
- Stale leads — weekly digest of leads not contacted in 14+ days
- Weekly summary — a snapshot of your pipeline every Monday morning
Configuring alerts
Go to Settings → Notifications. Toggle each alert type on or off. All alerts are sent to the email address on your account.
