Contact Segmentation
Organise your leads with tags and filters.
Segmentation lets you group leads so you can work on them in focused batches — by industry, location, campaign, or any other attribute you care about.
Using pipeline stages as segments
The simplest segmentation is your pipeline stage. Filter the Businesses table by stage and you have a natural segment to work through.
Filtering by category
The business category can be set when adding a lead manually or imported via the category column in a CSV. Use the Category filter in the Businesses table to show only plumbers, only restaurants, or whatever category is relevant.
Filtering by location
Filter by city or region to focus outreach geographically — useful if you are attending an event in a particular city and want to prioritise local leads.
Saved searches
Apply any combination of filters and click "Save Search" to name and save that filter combination. Saved searches appear in the Leads section of the sidebar and can be accessed in one click.
