Managing Multiple Contacts

Add and manage multiple people at the same business.


In B2B sales, you often need to track relationships with several people at the same company — a decision maker, a gatekeeper, and a champion. Castor Flow supports multiple contacts per business.

Adding a second contact

In the business detail panel, scroll to "Contacts" and click "Add Contact". Each person can have their own name, title, email, phone, and LinkedIn URL.

Associating interactions with a contact

When logging an interaction, select which contact person the interaction was with. This helps you track who said what and avoid mixing up conversations.

Primary contact

One contact can be marked as the Primary contact. This person appears first in the contact list and their email is used as the primary outreach address for Gmail/Outlook sync matching.
