Billing & Invoices
Understanding your invoices and managing payment methods.
Castor Flow billing is handled through Stripe, the industry-standard payment processor. Your card details are never stored on Castor Flow servers.
Viewing invoices
Go to Subscription → Billing History to see all past invoices. Click any invoice to download a PDF.
Updating your payment method
Go to Subscription → Manage Subscription → Update Payment Method. You are redirected to the Stripe billing portal where you can add or change cards.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Castor Flow will retry it automatically over 7 days. You will receive an email notification. If the payment still fails, your account will be paused until a valid payment method is added.
VAT and tax
If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, add your VAT number in Subscription → Billing Details. VAT-registered businesses in other EU member states are charged with reverse charge (0% VAT). Non-EU customers are not charged VAT.
