Managing Your Subscription
How to change, pause, or cancel your Castor Flow subscription.
You can manage every aspect of your subscription from the Subscription page in your account.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling
Go to Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
Reactivating
If your account has been cancelled for less than 90 days, you can reactivate with all your data intact. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

If you are cancelling because of a specific issue, contact support first. We are often able to help resolve the problem.
