Pipeline Analytics

Understand your pipeline performance with built-in analytics.


Castor Flow tracks your pipeline data over time so you can understand what is working and where leads are getting stuck.

Stage distribution

The pipeline chart on your Dashboard shows how many leads are in each stage right now. A healthy pipeline has leads spread across all stages, not clustered at the start.

Conversion rate

The conversion rate in the stats row shows the percentage of total leads that have been marked as Won. This is your headline metric.

Contact frequency

The "Contacted this week" stat tracks how many leads received at least one interaction log in the past 7 days. Use this as a proxy for outreach activity — if it drops, your pipeline will dry up in 2–4 weeks.

Lead age

In the Businesses table, the "Last Contacted" column shows when you last logged an interaction. Sort by this column to find stale leads that need attention.

ℹ️ Note

More detailed analytics — stage conversion rates, average deal duration, and revenue forecasting — are on the roadmap for a future release.
