Adding Notes and Tasks

Keep track of interactions and set follow-up reminders.


Notes and tasks are how you keep your deal history organised and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Logging an interaction

Open any business detail panel and click "Add Interaction". Choose the type:

  • Call — log a phone call with outcome (answered, voicemail, no answer)
  • Email — record an email you sent or received
  • Meeting — log an in-person or video meeting
  • Note — add any free-form note

Add the date, a subject, and any notes about the conversation. Click Save.

Contact history timeline

All logged interactions appear in the Contact History section of the business detail panel, sorted by date. Auto-synced emails from Gmail or Outlook are shown here too, marked with a badge.

Tasks and follow-ups

When logging an interaction, you can tick "Set a follow-up reminder". Choose a date and the task will appear in your Dashboard to-do list. You will also receive an email reminder on the day.

💡 Tip

Never leave a contacted lead without a follow-up date. Even if the answer is no right now, a reminder in 3 months can bring deals back to life.
