Exporting Your Leads
Export your leads to CSV for use in other tools.
Castor Flow lets you export your leads to CSV so you can use them in email tools, ad platforms, or share them with your team.
Exporting from the Businesses page
Go to the Businesses page and click the "Export" button in the top right. You can export:
- All businesses — every lead in your account
- Filtered view — only the leads matching your current filters (stage, search, date range)
- Selected rows — tick individual rows and export just those
CSV columns
The exported CSV includes: Business Name, Category, Address, Phone, Website, Email, Rating, Review Count, Pipeline Stage, Last Contacted, Notes (most recent), and Date Added.
HubSpot export
If you have connected HubSpot, you can push leads directly to your HubSpot contacts without downloading a file. See the HubSpot Integration guide for details.
ℹ️ Note
Exports are limited to 5,000 rows per file. For larger datasets, apply filters to break the export into smaller batches.
