Filtering and Refining Results
Use filters to find the best leads in your account.
Not every lead in your account will be worth pursuing at the same time. The filter system lets you narrow your view so you can focus on the contacts that matter most right now.
Available filters
Minimum rating
Filter to businesses with a Google rating above a threshold. A rating of 4.0 or higher is a common baseline for service businesses — it indicates the business has an established customer base and reasonable reputation.
Minimum review count
A business with 3 reviews rated 5.0 is less meaningful than one with 200 reviews at 4.5. Set a minimum review count to filter out very new or inactive listings.
Has website
Enables filtering to only businesses with a website URL. Useful if your outreach strategy involves visiting the site first, or if you are using email as your primary channel.
Has email
Filters to businesses where Castor Flow found an email address on their website. Use this when you plan to do email outreach and want to avoid leads without a direct contact.
Combining filters
All filters are applied together. For a high-quality cold email list, a typical combination is: minimum rating 4.0, minimum 10 reviews, has email enabled.
Saving filtered results
With filters applied, "Save All" saves only the visible (filtered) results. Your filters do not affect previously saved leads.
