Setting Up Your Pipeline Stages

Customise your pipeline stages to match your sales process.

Castor Flow comes with a default five-stage pipeline, but every sales process is different. You can rename, reorder, and add stages to match the way your team works.

Accessing pipeline settings

Go to Settings → Pipeline. You will see a list of your current stages in order.

Renaming stages

Click on any stage name to edit it inline. Press Enter to save. Renaming a stage does not affect the leads already in that stage — they simply show the new name.

Reordering stages

Drag and drop stages to change their order. The leftmost stage is considered "earliest" and is the default for new leads.

Common pipeline configurations

💡 Tip

Keep your pipeline to 5–7 stages. More than that creates friction and makes it hard to know what "next step" means for each lead.
